Councils neglecting tower blocks

London councils have been neglecting to check tower blocks for fire safety, leaving thousands of residents at risk....

The news comes just months after a fire at Lakanal House in Southwark in which six people died.

It's shocking that councils can get away with this, especially in our age of health and safety obsessed bureaucracy.
